Audit & assurances

Audit under Reg 55A of SEBI (Depositories and Participant) Rules, 1996 for Share Capital Reconciliation done on quarterly basis, for submission to Stock Exchanges.
Issue of half -yearly Certificate under Clause 47( c ) of the Listing Agreement certifying completion of transfer of physical shares within the prescribed time limit, for submission to Stock Exchanges.
Issue of Certificate annually certifying the compliance of conditions of Corporate Governance under Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
